Longevity & Wellness Program

A 90-Day Path to Preserving Strength, Cognition, and Independence: Before Decline Begins

You don’t need to be sick to want better health.

Many people who come to us feel mostly fine, but they’re paying attention. They’re noticing slower recovery, subtle changes in energy or cognition, early metabolic shifts, or watching peers decline faster than expected.

They don’t want to wait until something breaks.

This program is designed for people who want to understand their health trajectory, and influence it while they still have choices.

Led by Dr. Erica Oberg, the Longevity & Wellness Program takes a long-lens, systems-based approach to aging, focusing on resilience, prevention, and sustained vitality rather than disease management alone.

LONGEVITY & WELLNESS PROGRAM

This Is Not About Living Forever

It’s About Living Stronger, Longer With Agency

Longevity medicine is often misunderstood.

It’s not about:

  • Chasing youth
  • Taking dozens of supplements
  • Extreme protocols or fear-based testing

True longevity care focuses on:

  • Preserving muscle, bone, and metabolic health
  • Protecting brain function and cognition
  • Supporting cardiovascular resilience
  • Reducing inflammation and stress load
  • Maintaining independence and quality of life

This program helps you understand where you are now, identify early risk patterns, and take deliberate, sequenced action to change your trajectory.

Who This Program Is For

This program is designed for adults who:

  • Want proactive, science-based longevity care
  • Feel well but want to stay that way
  • Are noticing early changes in energy, recovery, or cognition
  • Have a family history of cardiovascular disease, dementia, or metabolic disease
  • Want a personalized alternative to “annual labs and generic advice”
  • Value prevention, data, and expert guidance over trends

If you’ve ever thought, “I want my later decades to be strong, not fragile,” this program was built for you.

WHO THIS PROGRAM IS FOR

Phase 1. Comprehensive Longevity Assessment

We begin with an in-depth consultation with Dr. Oberg to assess:

Personal and family health history
Lifestyle patterns, stress load, and recovery
Cardiometabolic risk and insulin sensitivity
Cognitive resilience and brain health
Inflammation, hormone patterns, and nutrient status

The goal is context, not just numbers.

We look for early signals, the patterns that don’t yet meet diagnostic thresholds but influence long-term outcomes.

Phase 2. Strategic Intervention & Optimization

Once priorities are identified, we build a sequenced plan focused on the highest leverage areas first.

This may include:

Targeted nutrition and protein strategies
Strength, movement, and recovery optimization
Metabolic and cardiovascular support
Hormone or peptide support when appropriate
Stress physiology and sleep stabilization

You’ll work with a dedicated health coach to translate strategy into daily habits that are realistic and sustainable.

Interventions are adjusted based on response, not ideology.

Phase 3. Resilience, Monitoring & Forward Planning

Longevity is not a sprint.

In this phase, we:

Fine-tune interventions based on how your body responds
Reinforce habits that protect long-term function
Identify what needs continued attention — and what doesn’t

You leave the program with:

A clear understanding of your current trajectory
A practical plan for the next 6–12 months
Confidence in how to maintain momentum without overwhelm

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this program only for people who are sick or having symptoms?

No. This program is designed primarily for people who feel mostly well but want to understand and influence their long-term health trajectory. Many patients enter this program for prevention, resilience, and clarity — not because something is “wrong.”

How is this different from an annual physical or executive health exam?

Annual exams focus on identifying disease once it meets diagnostic criteria.
This program looks for early risk patterns, changes in metabolism, inflammation, cognition, recovery, and resilience,  before they become diagnoses. However, it can also include all of the basics of an executive preventive physical.

The goal is directional correction, not reactive care.

Is this the same as “anti-aging medicine”?

No. This program does not promise to stop aging or reverse time.

It focuses on preserving function, independence, and quality of life by supporting systems that decline with age,  such as muscle, metabolism, brain health, and cardiovascular resilience.

Will this program involve a lot of testing or supplements?

Not necessarily. We recommend testing and interventions only when results will meaningfully guide decisions. Some patients benefit from advanced diagnostics; others make significant progress with targeted lifestyle and foundational support alone. We often also interpret existing lab tests with an for optimization not just whether values fall in the normal range.

More is not better,  appropriate is better.

Do I have to use hormones, peptides, or regenerative therapies?

No. These tools are optional, and often desired.. When used, they are introduced thoughtfully and only when benefits outweigh risks for your specific situation.

Many patients choose to begin with lifestyle, metabolic, and recovery optimization before adding advanced therapies.

Is this program safe?

Yes. All recommendations are made within a medical framework, guided by your history, goals, and risk factors. We avoid extreme protocols and prioritize safety, sustainability, and evidence-based care.

How quickly will I see results?

Some changes,  such as improved energy, sleep, or recovery — may be noticeable within weeks. Other benefits, like metabolic resilience and cognitive protection, accrue over time. Longevity is measured in trajectory, not quick wins.

Do you accept insurance?

Concierge Natural Medicine is a direct care practice and we do not bill insurance for program fees. All of our services are eligible for  HSA/FSA accounts.  Some patients submit receipts to their insurance provider for possible reimbursement depending on their plan. Coverage decisions are determined by your insurer.

What kind of outcomes should I realistically expect?

Patients often report:

  • Improved energy and recovery
  • Better stress tolerance and sleep
  • Greater confidence in their health plan
  • Clearer understanding of personal risk and priorities

The goal is not to feel “younger,” but to feel stronger, steadier, and more in control.

What Happens After the Program

Longevity is an ongoing practice.

After completing the program, many patients choose to:

  • Continue with periodic follow-ups and monitoring – usually quarterly
  • Integrate peptide or hormone optimization
  • Transition into Brain, Metabolic, or Performance-focused care
  • Reassess annually to refine strategy as goals evolve

The next steps down the path are as unique as the individual. The goal is agency, clarity, and durability, not dependence.

Is This the Right Next Step?
