HI, I'm Dr. Erica!

"Health is a state of vibrant vitality, abundant energy, and positive affect. It can be  cultivated, enhanced, and experienced by everyone."

I enable people to reach a higher level of health and vitality. I use cutting-edge science to create custom intravenous regenerative therapies that promote wellness, prevent age-related decline, reverse chronic disease and enhance energy.

I am passionate about helping people experience a higher level of health and vitality. As such, my clinical practice focuses on preventing, reversing, and taming chronic disease, neuro-regeneration, and anti-aging. I specialize in nutrition & lifestyle, IV micronutrient therapy, and identifying the underlying causes of disease using advanced testing.

I have practiced integrative & natural medicine for nearly 20 years. I've also held leadership positions in medical schools, NIH research, public health, and clinical practice. I received my doctorate in naturopathic medicine in 2003 from Bastyr University, where I also did my residency. I  was awarded a prestigious NIH fellowship at the University of Washington where I conducted and published research on health behavior change, nutraceuticals, and health system innovation in pursuit of shifting the focus from disease treatment to health creation.

Some highlights of Dr. Oberg’s experience include:

  • Medical Director at Bastyr University - California

  • 6 years at Pacific Pearl, an internationally renowned integrative medicine center focused on cardiology.

  • Starting a grant supported natural medicine community clinic for seniors in Edmonds, WA which continues to thrive and serve the community over a decade later.

  • Publishing over 30 peer-reviewed research papers on topics including Echinacea and vitamin D, diabetes, nutrigenomics, integrative nutrition, and the meaning of health & wellness.

  • Leading international health retreats in Italy, Mexico, Canada, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and the British Virgin Islands.

  • 10 years of primary care and integrative endocrinology on a hospital campus in Seattle, WA.

Patients with “undiagnosed” conditions such as fatigue, cognitive decline, and autoimmune conditions often ask “why didn’t other doctors look into my health this thoroughly?” I believe that patients bring as much expertise to the conversation as doctors and as such, I honor a team-based approach to health.

I enjoy working with people with neuro-degenerative conditions and those hoping to prevent them.  I also work with endocrine and hormone conditions, auto-immune disease, cardiovascular concerns, people ready for lifestyle transformation, families who want to get healthy and stay healthy together, and anyone looking for a preventive, proactive, wellness-oriented doctor. When not partnering with patients in healing, I  try to walk the talk. I stoke my own health racing sailboats, staying active & eating well, playing with my dog, and surrounding myself with inspired people who make me laugh.
